Submitting a form, booking a call, or receiving an initial audit does not by itself create a paid consulting relationship. Specific scope, fees, timelines, responsibilities, intellectual-property terms, confidentiality obligations and jurisdiction are set out in a separate client agreement or statement of work.

3. Free AI audit

The free AI consulting audit is an initial business assessment intended to identify possible opportunities. It is not a guarantee of a particular financial, operational, technical or legal outcome.

Some engagements may involve third-party software, platforms, vendors or vetted delivery specialists. Their products and services may be subject to separate terms, pricing and availability.

5. AI outputs

8. Jurisdiction and engagement terms

Because Aimerix serves clients internationally, the governing law and jurisdiction for paid services are agreed in the relevant client contract rather than assumed from this website.
